We will contact you to confirm your application within 24 hours or the next business day. We have several policies that we need you to read and understand before you submit your application. Klix Hair, Inc. Diversion Policy:*In order to protect its brand image, Klix certified stylists, and the consuming public, Klix Hair, Inc. only sells its patent- protected products to Klix certified stylists (other than its educational products). All products that you purchase or receive from Klix Hair, Inc. are only for your use in your capacity as a klixTENSIONIST and MAY NOT be resold, gifted or transferred to any stylist, person or entity not certified by Klix Hair, Inc., without prior written consent from the Company. This means that only the stylist taking the class is certified to purchase and apply Klix and that you cannot order for other stylists or give the unused hair to your clients. This also means that only the stylist taking the class will be certified. It doesn't matter if the salon paid for the class, the certification stays with the stylist forever. I have read and agree to this policy. Klix Hair, Inc. Credit Card Policy:*As of May 15, 2016 we will only accept your own personal or salon company credit cards. Klix Hair, Inc. will not accept credit cards from your clients. Why won't we accept clients credit cards? As you know from our Diversion Policy, Klix only sells its products to Klix Certified stylists. You as such, will be our customer and the client is your customer. We suggest that you take a non- refundable deposit from your client when they book their Klix appointment. Most stylists require a deposit that covers half of the cost of the service that you quote them or at least the cost of the hair and shipping because it is non-refundable.. I have read and agree to this policy. Klix Hair, Inc. Policy Regarding Deposits:*A) Deposits and all other payments towards classes are non-refundable. If for any reason you cannot attend the class that you were scheduled to take, one of the following scenarios will apply: 1. If you were scheduled to take a class at any of our locations, a 10% of your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining amount will be credited to your account. You must reschedule to take a future class that is scheduled to be held within 3 months of the class which you cancelled. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your entire deposit. 2. If you were scheduled to take a private class, i.e., when we travel to your location, and we are required to cancel or reschedule instructors, flights, hotels, car rentals, etc., you will forfeit the amount of your deposit equal to the cancellation costs that we incur. This may range anywhere from 10% to the entire amount of your deposit. If there is a balance of your deposit remaining it will be credited to your account and must be used within 6 months. b)Class schedules and locations are subject to change at any time due to illness, weather, travel, COVID or building issues. We will do our best to notify you as quickly as possible to resolve any problems that may occur. I have read and agree to this policy. Klix Hair, Inc. Payment Policy:*Our class fee includes a KlixKIT and one FULLpax of 18" hair to be used on your model during class. If you choose to use two-18" halfPAX or two-22" halfPAX on your model (halfPAX wefts have more hair per weft and therefore cost more), the class price will increase based on your selection; ombre' and rooted colors are priced higher than standard colors. You are responsible for paying the deposit amount of $350 when you sign up for class. The balance ($400-$540) will be determined based on your hair selection and is either payable in full the week prior to the class date, or you may pay it in five equal installments beginning on the first of the month after your class occurs with a credit card kept on file until your balance is paid off. I have read and agree to this policy. Step 5 of 5: ConfirmationConfirmation of Terms and Conditions*By clicking "I agree" you confirm that you have read and understand the Klix Hair, Inc. Diversion Policy, Credit Card Policy and our Policy regarding Deposits and Other Payments Towards Classes. You also agree that you are prepared to submit your application and submit your down payment for class and are committed to the class date that you chose. If a class date was not posted for our Nashville or Beverly Hills class locations you will be notified of a class date as soon as one becomes available and you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline the class date offered to you at that time.
